Every home uses keyless entry with a code. Rose City House has a smart lock, and the Casita and Forest Floor use keypads. Your code arrives on the day you arrive, so late flights are not a problem. Check-in is from 4:00 PM at Rose City House and from 3:00 PM at the Casita and Forest Floor.
Yes, at all three homes. Rose City House has off-street driveway parking for up to three standard vehicles. Forest Floor has one designated space in front of the house, and larger vehicles such as pickup trucks may need to use street parking nearby. The Casita has driveway parking.

PDX Forest Floor sits beneath a separate residence, so some sound can carry from above, as with most basement units. The backyard and patio are shared with the residence upstairs. Everything else, including the entrance, kitchen and laundry, is private to you.
The City of Portland requires a record of the full name and address of every guest for larger listings. It takes a minute at the time of booking and it keeps the home fully compliant.
